| WARNING: BACKWATER KENNELS PUPPIES ROCK! puppyfind.com and found a listing for a beautiful beagle listed as Carmie. I decided to contact the breeder and ask some questions. Right away Peggy answered my email sending me pictures of her right away. I asked about Carmie's personality (her name is Karma Blue now) and got more than just information about my potential pup, but her parents too! I decided that I didn't want to risk someone else buying her and paid for her. Peggy was in constant contact with me, sending me more pictures than I could ask for. She kept me updated on her health and even had the vet call me when my baby beagle got a checkup. I finally got her on November 4th as promised, but what I didn't expect was the fact Blue was more beautiful in person. It took only two days for her to adjust to her crate. When I took her for her vet visit (same day she flew in) the vet and staff had commented on the fact that her adjustment was because of who the breeder was and what she did. This is not a joke! I take Blue to Banfield Pet Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. They said that a puppy that adjusts this fast can not just be because of her new owner, but more so of the fact that the breeder (Peggy Price) knows exactly what they are doing. Peggy takes her breeding seriously and my little Blue is proof. I already have sit and shake down with Blue after nine days of her being home. I get comments on her color and people just love her personality. I have to explain that the breeder I got her from is the reason she is so amazing. Actually it's more that I brag to people. I got everything that Peggy said she would send with her. Blue is the perfect pup and so perfect that Peggy, I will be back again for another!! I wouldn't call what I'm saying a recommendation to purchase from Backwater Kennels, it's more of a must do, if you want a quality, happy, adjusted pup. It's not just a simple purchase, you are gaining the trust of an amazing breeder and Blue is just one example of how special Backwater Kennel puppies really are. Peggy we can't thank you enough for Blue. She has brought us so much joy and happiness and what you have done to raise her has impacted how she has developed. My vets and myself applaud you for what you have done to make such a precious baby that is beyond a beagle. Peggy Price and Backwater Kennels...we love you!
